Just a light lunch at International Wings Factory: crispy tilapia sandwich with pepper jack, salad greens, tomato, and chipotle mayo. And I can’t not do a sampling of their wings…garlic parmesan beurre blanc, Sichuan chili garlic, Vietnamese chili mango, and spicy Thai with basil.
My pick is the garlic parmesan beurre blanc. It’s an unexpected sauce for wings, but well worth a visit to your tastebuds.
Chef Deepak told me that as a kid he used to get the wing part of the chicken because he is the eldest child & thus had the last pick. Now he makes a living off of wings. It’s funny how sometimes our career path chooses us.
